Booking and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
We value your time—and ours. Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. You’ll receive a reminder by text or email two days prior as a courtesy, but the responsibility to attend remains with you once your booking is confirmed.

Missed or No-Show Appointments
Missed or no-show appointments will incur a $100 fee.
